Baked Salmon

Ingredients:
1/2 of whole salmon filet about 2.26 lbs
1 bag frozen spinach leaves, thaw then squeeze the water out
1 pack Onion soup mix (Lipton)
10 tbsp Mayonnaise (creamy) add more if desired

Procedure:
Spray the baking tray lightly with cooking oil

Wash the salmon (take out the scales) if still on)

let it drain and put in the baking tray then set aside

Mix together the spinach, mayonnaise and onion soup mix

Spread the mixture evenly all over the salmon
Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 min

The salmon is cooked when it easily flakes when you cut with a fork.
